Beef Brisket
Brisket is a classic Texas style dish and is crusty on the outside (referred to as "bark"), but tender and juicy inside. Regarded as the king of BBQ, JB's Brisket comes from Swiss Angus cows and is smoked for 8 hours on our pit smokers.
Available in 200g, 400g or Family Special (1kg plus two large sides)
