Schweinfleisch (CH) is smoked to perfection according to a Carolina-style (pork is mopped throughout the smoking process with apple cider vinegar) and then gently pulled apart. Our soft sandwich bun is loaded with pulled pork and finished with our home-made sweet and tangy pork sauce. Cole slaw is served on the side unless specifically requested to be put in the sandwich.
