Reheating Instructions for Barbecue

BBQ is best served warm after it has had time to "rest" following the cook. If your BBQ has cooled or you have refrigerated leftovers from the day before, gentle reheating can bring it back to its prime serving temp and is often times even better after its long rest. Here are reheating instructions if your food gets cold or you wish to reheat your BBQ the next day.

Reheating Instructions for Brisket

To reheat brisket in the oven, place the brisket (in its to-go packaging, with the lid on) in a pre-heated 120-degree Celsius oven (or 250 Fahrenheit) and cook for 30-40 minutes. It is important not to overheat BBQ. Meat is fully warmed when a meat thermometer would read an internal temperature of ca. 71-73 degrees Celsius (160-165 Fahrenheit).

Reheating Instructions for Pork Ribs

Preheat oven to 135 degrees Celsius (275 Fahrenheit). Baste ribs with sauce (if any), and heat for approximately 25 minutes. It is important not to overheat BBQ. Meat is fully warmed when a meat thermometer would read an internal temperature of ca. 71-73 degrees Celsius (160-165 Fahrenheit).
